Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Skipping definitions and sound incorrect.

I know skritter isn’t really made for android but it does work fairly well once you do all the workarounds but I came across another issue that I can’t seem to find a workaround for.
When reviewing definitions if you tap the screen it will automatically skip to the next definition and show you the answer right off the bat. I found that if I hit the show button that it won’t do that however, if I hit the next button it skips a word and instantly goes to another but it plays the phonetic for the word it skipped.

I was wondering if anyone house found a workaround for this and if they would be able to share it with me.

This is something that had started happening with some new version of Android, and we haven't found a good way to fix it--nor have I heard of a workaround. Sorry!

One thing to do would be to save definition reviews for the computer and just study the other parts on Android.
