Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Finally done 1000 chars!

Has been my dream for around 4 years to know 1000 characters. Ever since I read that you only need that many to recognise 89% of the characters in a piece of text. Spent around 3 years using flash cards and not really learning much. With Skritter I did it in just 4 months.

Onwards and upwards. Next goal is 2000.
