Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Which model do you see the new drivers for? Are you referring to the "release candidate(RC)" drivers on the 27th of September?

yes the Driver 5.2.5-5a(RC) for the bamboo tablets
and
Driver 6.1.7-3 for intuos 2, 3 and 4 and cintiq

unfortunately the intuos(1) driver hasn't been updated since 2009
