Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Firefox 8.0 Compatibility

Ever since Firefox autoupdated today, I can't seem to connect to the Skritter servers. It's not high latency; it just says the connection is idle (no recent communication with the server). Anyone else having an issue?

Hmm; Firefox 8.0 is working for me. Try beta vs. non-beta or skritter.cn vs. skritter.com and see if it helps. Does it have this problem in other browsers, like Google Chrome? You could also check your Flash version.

skritter.cn is working for me. Not really sure what the issue is here, but as long as I have a working option, I'm good! Thanks for the help.
