Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Number of words and characters

Until recently, under 'My words --> Tools --> My words' I could see the number of 'words and characters added from my lists. Has this been discarded?

It quickly became apparent that we couldn't keep those numbers accurate, as they are taken from the Progress section rather than actually counting how many words and characters are in My Words. (You might have deleted them from My Words, but they don't leave your progress totals.) So it was easy to get into a state where the numbers didn't make sense there.

If you want to see that info, best to hit the Progress page. Hope this helps!
