Function Request

Hi guys :-). I just had a function request for two functions that I believe are both on the website version. Is it possible at all to have a button that:

1) takes the word you a learning and puts it into a search engine (say 百度), so you are able to see the context of the word you are learning

2) can you link to the Richard Sear's etymology website? I find that for some of the trickier words to remember knowing what the eytomology of the word is helps stick in my memory.

I don't think we'll do this stuff in the iOS app, but note that if you look at the details view in the app, the character or word is copied to the clipboard, so if you want to do something with it besides look it up in Pleco, you can easily switch to another app/site and paste it in.

In a way it is. I use the word popup( the magnifying glass) and choose in dictionary Google news. This will give your word in contest from various Chinese news. From there you can also further go on on Google to do regular searches etc. I also use the skritter bookmarklet to add any new words I find in the sentences that are new to me. As a last resort I also have the Zhongwen plug in for Chrome to translate tricky new words since it is faster than using Pleco in this case.
