Android on ICS

阿福   January 12th, 2013 2:38p.m.

Can I confirm that people are unable to use Skritter on Android 4.0 (ICS)? It seemed that some people seemed to be able to Skritter on Android, see e.g.

http://www.skritter.com/forum/topic?id=169780695

and earlier posts, but I don't seem to be able to get very far (I am seeing the same as what several other posters saw, namely the buttons at the bottom work but the strokes are not being registered). Since I force android=true in the URL it's not a recognition issue, clearly.

Any success stories out there?

Still works as it used to for me on a Galaxy Note, which was upgraded to 4.0.3. But I'm in UK, does that mean we get a different flash for something?

@wispfrog: thanks, works for the Asus inbuilt browser but not Firefox or Chrome. Yay!

This probably won't do it, but note that there is an Android setting in your study settings (on the study page) which you can try, which should be better than adding ?android=true to the URL.

@nick: thanks, got it.
