Export function does not work properly

vukimp   March 10th, 2011 5:23p.m.

Export function does not include new works just added.

I created a new list with 4 words and invoke the export function. It lists all 4 words. I returned to the list and added more words. When I invoked the export function again, it still lists the initial 4 words, but not the new words I've just added.

I tried to log out, log back in and export again. It still only shows the original four words.

Am I missing some steps here in getting all the words in the list listed?

You added the words to a list, but did you actually study those words? The export function only exports the items in "My Words", and words that aren't yet added won't show up.

P.S. or are you talking about the "export" button on the list page itself?

I brought up the list, and use the 'Export Words' button on the left.

Could you respond to me via email so I can provide example screenshots of the process.
