Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

If you Skritter on one, you won't be able to Skritter on the other without doing the same reviews--unless you, say, just do writings on the iPad and just do the other parts on the iPod touch, for example, or some other way of splitting the items up.

So when I was in a no wifi area and couldn't connect or use my lists on iPad it was only because I didn't sync with my phone? Even though I basically only use my iPad.

You can just Skritter on your iPad and not have to worry about syncing your phone, as long as you're not Skrittering on your phone. Each device should ideally get an up-to-date sync before you study, or you'll get the same reviews on that device.
