Is there a way for me to share a custom vocabulary list with another skritter user without publicly publishing it? Thank you for any help!

Good suggestion! From my experience, they don't have this feature yet

I'm versed poorly in the arts of the group system, so this could be wrong, but I think you could make a group with you and the other Skritter user in it and share the list that way. Most people just publish it, though.

Groups? Seems like you could use this to set up leagues for competitive Skrittering.

It's not really developed enough for that; you'd want a dedicated leaderboard feature. it's mostly useful for teachers managing their students.
