Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Scan lists.

I am studying the NPCR books, as well as several other lists. My NPCR list says it is 56% completed but it is definitely more complete than this because I have learnt loads of words in future chapters, although I have only completely completed upto lesson 43/60. Is there a way to get skritter to scan the list to give an accurate completion percentage and number of words?

No; it only looks through the words in the lessons you've done, as you note. You could finish all the lessons, and then it would match at 100%... :p
