Better webpage features

I've seen your iOS app, and quite liked it. I however, being not a possessor of an iOS device, am a regular Skritter webpage user.

In my opinion, Skritter could revamp its webpage "study" page to better match its neat, game-like iOS app. To be honest, the blue-white layout of Skritter is already boring me, and it's only my eighth day here. Being so much impressed by the game-like (and un-study-like yet memorable) experience of the Skritter iOS app, I feel pity that Skritter's webpage app does not quite match its sibling.

I know that the team is small and the iOS app was a big task, but can you now please give the webpage Skritter a touch? :D

Also, achievements... Why not? It's the big trend nowadays.

And it would make it feel more like gaming than studying--because we all know we like the former better than the latter. When studying is felt like gaming it's even much better.

Oh, I agree with the achievements, that would be nice

If you want the web version to be slightly more fun, you can turn on Eccentric Flavor in your Account - General settings:

--or Sound FX in your study settings (the gear on the study page).

That said, it's true that the iOS interface is more fun than the web interface. It's something we've thought about redesigning, along with achievements and leaderboards and such, but we haven't gotten to that yet.

Would also be nice to give kudos to other peoples mnemonics. I find some of the mnemonics from others absolutely brillant and have helped me to nail a character I was previously having difficulty with.

Also, could you link the the app to Game Center? I think the power of achievements and competition is still being underestimated dramatically;) thanks! Keep up the good work!

Oh no, please let this be an option! I'm not sure I like these ideas thrown here, I think it works perfectly fine, it gets the job done, and I would like to focus on the characters and words - that's enough fun for me.
I don't need any mumbo jumbo please ;)

I am inclined to agree with Mats. I don't mind these ideas being integratated into the app but I would rather the core aspects of the Skritter app (i.e. related to learning the characters) be improved first.
