Can anyone here recommend German language books. I want to teach a Chinese friend of mine but quite frankly I don't know which books are good.

PS: Sorry I really messed up the subject line. Totally forgot to be more specific here.

A good one is "Schritte plus" from Hueber.

Another useful one is "Studio d" from Cornelsen.

For the first three levels this book has even a German-Chinese vocabulary booklet which can be ordered seperately.

Good luck!
